GT-500

The first and only sport airplane in the world to receive FAA certification in the Sportplane class of the Primary category. It is remarkably docile and easy to fly, with dual three-axis controls that are responsive without sacrificing low-speed stability. The adjustable trim and flaps allow positive slow flight and gentle stalls at about 39 mph. It cruises from 55–80 mph with a top speed around 90 mph, and needs only about 140 feet for the take-off roll. A generous useful load easily accommodates two people and some extra gear.
